Gobhi floret cut in pcs and wash.
Then aloo peel and cut in cubes and dip in a water.
Take a wok add oil ,then oil heat add ginger saute 1 minute add tomato puree and all masala add mix well saute few seconds add gobhi and aloo mix well.
Then cover and cook in slow heat.
After 15 minutes then check gobhi aloo r soft .
Then veggie is ready serve with chapati.
