Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs gobhi


  • 4 nos aloo


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chili


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp home made magic masala


  • 1 tsp ginger grated


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Gobhi floret cut in pcs and wash.
  • Then aloo peel and cut in cubes and dip in a water.
  • Take a wok add oil ,then oil heat add ginger saute 1 minute add tomato puree and all masala add mix well saute few seconds add gobhi and aloo mix well.
  • Then cover and cook in slow heat.
  • After 15 minutes then check gobhi aloo r soft .
  • Then veggie is ready serve with chapati.
